Product Manager - Technical Insulation (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for an international product portfolio in the field of technical insulation for HVAC applications and develop it over the entire product life cycle. You are close to the product and to the market: you understand customer requirements, applications and market needs and take targeted measures to further develop the portfolio. In everyday life this means: You analyze market trends and growth potential in relevant markets You’re leading market-specific requirements for products and portfolio decisions You will develop existing products and get targeted product adjustments or new products You support the launch of new products and work on suitable approaches You create and care for product documents, training and sales documents together with marketing You are contact for technical and market-related questions - internally and for customers You work closely with sales, marketing, application technology and research & development The role is broad and internationally oriented. You combine technical understanding with market sense and focus on your responsibility.

You have a technical background, for example from a technical study or comparable training. It is important that you understand technical relationships and experience in dealing with products in need of explanation. Ideally, you have already worked in product management - preferably in the HVAC environment or in a comparable industrial context. In addition, you will bring: You think analytically and have a good understanding of market and customer requirements You are interested in technical innovations and actively develop topics You can understand complex technical content You can safely move in cooperation with different interfaces You can communicate safely in English in everyday work Class B licence is required for the role.
