We are looking for a head physician for nephrology (m/w/d). Our client is a hospital of maximum care.

The clinic is certified as a nephrological center, and operates a recognized hypertension center. As an integral part of a specialized center for dialysis access, the department has excellent expertise in the treatment of complex vascular accesses and in the supply of highly complex nephrological diseases.

The range of services includes the entire range of modern nephrology including all established and innovative renal replacement methods as well as highly specialized therapy methods. The clinic offers excellent conditions for clinical excellence, medical innovation and strategic further development. A highly qualified, interdisciplinary team at the top level ensures patient care at the highest professional and scientific standard.

Your tasks:

• Ensuring optimal, evidence-based diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases
• Conductor of the dialysis center, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
• Development and implementation of guidelines, treatment standards and certification processes
• Care and professional management of medical staff
• Organization of the clinic and structuring of processes in nephrology
• Ensuring economic management, compliance with the budget and avoiding deficits
• Process optimization and further development and optimization of clinical workflows.
• Representation of the clinic

Your profile:

• You are a specialist in internal medicine and nephrology with habilitation
• Excellent clinical expertise throughout the spectrum of modern nephrology including renal replacement therapy and transplant medicine
• Scientific profiling and active engagement in research and teaching
• Embossed management personality with proven management experience and strategic design will
• Responsibility for the medical, organizational and economic development of the clinic
• High social competence and ability to motivate and sustainable team development
• Strong interdisciplinary networking within the clinic and close cooperation with external cooperation partners
