You are responsible for the complete end-to-end input process for our internal third-country processing and thereby develop our SAP S/4 Retail System continuously together with your colleagues. As an expert for our Extended Relationship Management, you play a central role in the design and optimization of our SAP wholesale platform. Your expertise is essential to improve our internal processes and ensure the availability of goods for the complete West Balkan expansion As part of our SAP consultant team for procurement and sales processes, you can link SAP documents with customer-specific files and workflows to create a seamless process chain. You keep an eye on external technical market trends and proactively advise our internal customers. You identify potentials for continuous process improvements and implement them As a single point of contact, you can manage the entire life cycle of technical requirements, from recording to successful implementation. You are the interface between Purchasing, Customs, Development and External Implementation Partners You analyze the requirements of the departments, evaluate their feasibility and realize the necessary adjustments – whether by customizing or developing You monitor the progress of your projects, create reports and make sure that your solutions are provided on time In addition to the acquisition of customizing tasks, you offer 3rd level support and support the 1st and 2nd level support as well as the specialist areas with your well-founded know-how.

You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics or BWL (ideally with IT focus) You could already gain experience in the SAP modules MM or SD.
