The costs and emissions arising in the life cycle of a building are several times higher than in the case of production. Through comprehensively developed management concepts, you promote user satisfaction and safety and cost optimization. In a young, dynamic team, you will work on the following tasks: Rate our customers in Facility Management Call for tenders and awards of services in building management Capture and analyze building and management data Benchmarking and displaying optimization potentials Conducting service provider audits

Successfully completed study in the field of facility management or comparable residential training Professional experience in FM consulting or management of real estate is advantageous Joy in optimising building management concepts Safe and communicative appearance
