Active construction and management of the Transaction Division for the use type Logistics Construction and maintenance of a logistics-specific network in Germany and Europe for the acquisition of suitable investment objects Implementation of property-related market analyses and independent identification and evaluation of economic and industry-specific developments in foreign real estate markets Participation in the strategic development of the logistics sector in close cooperation with the management and fund and asset management Identification, selection and verification of relevant investment offers and development of own acquisition and investment strategies Procurement and verification of relevant object documents within the framework of the pre-due diligence, as well as organisation of object visits and participation in tender procedures Own creation of cost-effectiveness calculations, scenario analyses, internal decision templates and external investor presentations Organisation and control of commercial, technical and legal due diligence processes Operational control and negotiation of purchase contracts up to the conclusion of the contract, as well as accompaniment and settlement of the purchase process up to the transfer of ownership

Completed economic studies or commercial training with additional real estate qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position with well-founded knowledge of the real estate industry, ideally complemented by leadership experience Detectable experience in the independent implementation of real estate transactions, ideally for capital management companies and in pan-European investment environment Extensive network of relevant market participants and good knowledge in financial modeling Impressed entrepreneurial thinking, high self-initiative and an independent, responsible way of working Acquisition strength, safe occurrence, negotiation skills and convincing presentation skills Embossed communication and team skills as well as a motivating and eager appearance towards different stakeholders High outcome and solution orientation, commitment, resilience and enthusiasm Very good knowledge of German and negotiated English as well as high readiness to travel
