Our projects focus on customer-specific tasks instead of standard rollouts. As a Senior SAP Consultant FI/CO, you take responsibility for demanding SAP finance and controlling projects and bring your expertise to your own in all areas – from request intake to go-live to operational support. You will also: Complex SAP FI/CO solutions based on SAP ERP 6.0X and SAP S/4HANA independently design, configure and implement – including main accounting, debitor/creditor accounting, bank accounting, asset accounting and controlling Conducting workstreams in interdisciplinary SAP project teams and supporting and developing junior consultants Advise customers at the level of expertise and management in designing and optimizing their finance and controlling processes and realize requirements in the system Moderate requirements workshops, perform fit/gap analyses, and create specialist concepts, technical specifications and solution designs Design, configure and control integration and migration scenarios between SAP FI/CO and adjacent modules (MM, SD, PS) and third-party systems Identify and evaluate AI and automation potentials in the finance environment – e.g. SAP Joule, Intelligent Automation, predictive analytics in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Conduct training and workshops for key users and users and ensure knowledge transfer in the project team and in the SAP-Practice To contribute to the further development of the SAP FI/CO-Practice: to actively shape best practices, configuration templates, methods and internal communities

As a Senior SAP Consultant FI/CO you will bring: Complete study of economics, business information, business management or comparable qualifications ideally focusing on accounting or controlling At least 5 years of professional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP FI/CO with proven workstream or subproject responsibility Funded knowledge in SAP FI: Main accounting (including New GL / Universal Journal), Debitor accounting, asset accounting, banking accounting and basic knowledge in SAP S/4HANA Finance Solid knowledge of SAP CO: cost center accounting, internal order accounting, product cost accounting (CO-PC) or income accounting (CO-PA) – at least in one priority area Understanding FI/CO's key integration scenarios with MM, SD and PS as well as basic knowledge of data migration and completion processes Knowledge of common accounting standards (HGB, IFRS) and their mapping in SAP SAP certifications in the FI/CO environment (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting) Knowledge of AI tools and openness to use this responsibly in the finance project everyday – taking into account EU AI act, data protection and compliance requirements Basic readiness to travel (up to 3 days/week) to respond flexibly to project requirements Very good German and English skills (min. C1) in word and writing
