You're burning for challenges?**

You are part of a global team of experts within the Global Innovation & Industry Consulting division that works across all local and regional business units in a matrix organization. As a program/project manager (w/m/d), you have a key role within a global program and run one or two projects. You are fully responsible for the schedule, budget, quality and risk of the project(s), supported by a PMO. Your main tasks include:

• You are responsible for the calculation of all aspects of the development, implementation and risks of the project.

• You take over the management of all project resources of your own and the customer team.

• Your tasks include the creation, maintenance and overall management of the detailed project plan, based on field consulting standards.

• You work closely with the PMO to track and control all project-related activities/tasks.

• You take over the role of the mentor for the project members to train and support them in the project management processes.

• You are responsible for the anticipation of project deviations, proactive development of corrective measures and recognition of critical risks.

• You have a detailed understanding of the SAP Activate methodology.

• You have good knowledge of the use of SAP in project cycles.

• You have the ability to direct project members, reach consensus, make project decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.

• Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills are your strengths.

• You have the ability to work independently and motivate people.

• The willingness to a 50% travel activity is of course for you.

• English knowledge of word and writing and at least one other language (probably German) complete your profile.
