Driver Assistance / Back Office (m/f/d)

In the Driver Service department in our administration at the Düsseldorfer Medienhafen you support your future team with the following tasks: You take the written and oral communication with the drivers in first-level support and are responsible for the processing of incoming driver requests until successful completion. You advise the drivers in case of damage and tune repairs with the customers, workshops and the used car department. You support and implement operational measures to ensure driver satisfaction. You update the driver's data and provide further services to the drivers. The telephone complaint management (document of relevant information in the EDV system, advice of customers/drivers in the area of rental, active control of cooperation partners) are also within your scope of action. In addition, you support the back office when processing incoming driver requests for tanks and charging cards, order violations, car control and driving licence control.

Successfully completed commercial training and professional experience in the service sector Ideally know-how in customer support and/or operations department Excellent communication skills in word and writing Good English, knowledge of another foreign language of advantage Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
