Credit Manager Real Estate Frankfurt (m/f/d)

Supporting our relationship clients and credit analysts for stock and new business in all administrative and transaction structuring-related tasks, including: Coordination of the disbursement process with downstream departments (back-office/payment traffic) and documentation of the process Working with the KYC processes and managing customer and transaction data, among others:

• Installation and management of customers admin details/cons
• Maintenance of financing in the internal IT systems
• Coordination of payment processes of external service providers Monitoring of payment dates (IPDs) Support for the implementation of internal controls Support in the processing of Annual Reviews, Waivers and External Data Rooms Coordination of Part/Full Repayments (incl. closing of accounts) Head of Team support for internal administrative tasks

Degree in economics or commercial training Experience in the field of credit support as well as initial experience with structured financing and real estate Affinity for IT systems and analytical skills Own initiative and commitment Good language skills in German and English are required; French language skills are advantageous
