For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a:

Controller (m/w/d) 

This is what you expect:

• Construction and maintenance of a KPI system
• Control-relevant preparation of the key figures and installation of early warning systems: They analyse financial development and show where action is needed
• Identification of optimization potentials / cost drivers and business consulting of the departments and managers
• Development of forecasts and deviation analyses
• Preparing the Controlling Dialogues and Persecution of Decisions
• coordination of cost planning, in particular in the areas of administrative costs and performance expenditure
• Examination and revision of internal controlling policies, including budget and cost center planning

This will bring you:

• They have an economic study with the focus on controlling or accounting. However, you can also apply for a comparable training background.
• Very good knowledge of data analysis and reporting (PBI, MS-Office (in Excel) or similar). Existing knowledge of database systems / MS SQL queries are of advantage.
• Multiannual experience in controlling is desirable, ideally in the statutory health insurance or in health care.
• They bring with them pronounced analytical skills and work independently and targeted. They have a strong sense of economy and efficiency.
• They are powerful and communicate clearly. Complex facts can be understood. Teamability is assumed.
