You are the first respondent for executives, employees, health insurance companies and authorities in all matters relating to payroll accounting and time management. Through your structured work, you always keep an overview of the corresponding processes at all our German locations and introduce your expertise in the team.

Personal implementation of the monthly pay bill for the wage, salary and utilities of a defined accounting system Support for the time economy Processing of reporting and certification and correspondence with health insurance companies, insurance companies and authorities Administrative settlement of all personnel matters from recruitment to exit and beyond, e.g. with regard to work permits, professional cooperative notices in case of accidents or direct insurance for pensions Compilation of evaluations and statistics and participation in annual accounts, including the provisions to be drawn up Working with the continuous improvement of HR processes

Complete commercial vocational training, with additional qualification in the HR sector Training as a human resource manager or comparable, e.g. studies focusing on HR administration Multiannual professional experience in payroll accounting, ideally in an industrial enterprise (e.g. as payroll specialist, payroll accountants, payroll calculator, HR payroll administrator, personnel charge accounting or comparable) Knowledge of labour, tax and social security law Handling MS Office, accounting systems (preferably VEDA) and time management systems (ideally VEDA / all4time) as well as joy and interest in further digitization processes Experience with Workday beneficial Good English in Word and Writing Self-employed and conscientious working and liability in all matters Happy work in the team
