Principal Strategy & Consulting (m/f/d)

You develop differentiated service offerings and scalable solutions by combining AI, technology, the competencies of MSQ, partner expertise and market trends. You guide strategic pitches and executive workshops, advise customers on growth, transformation and innovation, and develop convincing strategic decision-making. You develop consulting frameworks, methods and strategic standards to strengthen the consulting profile of MSQ DX. You actively build connections between customer challenges and the appropriate competencies of the entire MSQ Group and unlock new growth opportunities and mandates for the group.

You can do that in this role You bring new strategic offers to the market successfully and create high-quality transformation opportunities with stronger integration of executives on the customer side. You strengthen cross-sectoral cooperation within the MSQ Group and contribute to the growth of revenue and strategic projects. You create the foundation and business case for building an independent Strategy & Consulting area.

Experience in Digital Strategy, Customer Experience, Commerce or Transformation Consulting. Executive-level communication and moderation capabilities. A deep understanding of technology-based business transformation. A thorough understanding of how AI can be used and operationalized to increase business value and efficiency for customers. The ability to combine business challenges with practical and scalable solutions. A collaborative way of thinking and the sovereign conduct of strategic customer discussions
