We are looking for you as soon as possible (Senior) Manager (m/w/d) Assurance Risk & Quality Improvement The principle department of Baker Tilly supports its audit and advisory skills (m/w/d) in compliance with professional obligations and legal requirements by consulting, training and supervision. We are a team of versatile specialists (m/w/d) with ongoing knowledge sharing. All colleagues (m/w/d) have the opportunity to act independently as part of their specialty. Working with the development and implementation of corporate guidelines and measures in the fields of professional law, independence, commitment compliance and quality management Identification and Implementation of New Audit & Advisory Topics Further development of methodology and tools for auditing annual/concern accounts and sustainability reports Heading and coordination of the annual internal review and monitoring of external reviews (APAS inspections, peer reviews, network-internal reviews) Design and implementation of internal technical training • Participation in national and international bodies

Fun to solve new and intellectually demanding questions in the field of testing Multiannual professional experience in the examination or consulting of companies and/or a principle department of a WP company Successful completion of the auditor exam desirable Complete study of economics, natural sciences or engineering Good analytical skills, careful working and hands-on mentality Team player with commitment and high sense of responsibility Flowing German knowledge and good knowledge of English
