Curative teacher / inclusion pedagogue with coordinating tasks (m/f/d)

You accompany and advise kita-wide educational professionals on issues of integration aid, inclusion and individual promotion Support and counselling of the facility management for technical tasks Ensuring the best possible education and promotion for all children and young people Creation and maintenance of documentation Designing an inclusive environment

You have a completed medical education, or education / training or a comparable degree. You can demonstrate knowledge of the workflows in Kita everyday and/or youth assistance and experience in work with children with funding needs and in the area of inclusion. You have the flexibility and mobility to work at different locations in Hamburg and SH. Ideally, you bring experience in the consulting and support of teams. You are happy to cooperate and exchange with an interdisciplinary team of speakers, educational professionals and therapists You convince with a structured way of working, empathy and communication
