We're looking for you as soon as possible Product Management - Corporate Analytics (m/w/d)

You want to develop people, shape cooperation and work closely at the same time on business topics? In this role, you take over the disciplinary leadership of the Chapter Product Management in the Corporate Analytics department and report directly to the department manager.

Corporate Analytics develops software solutions in the three closely linked topics analytics, data and reporting. Your team is the interface between banking and software development and translates professional requirements into user stories. In addition, your employees are responsible for customer communication. It supports the further development of our solutions in the Sparkassen Financial Group.

Your focus is on leadership, employee development, capacity management and cooperation. The role is about 60–70 % focused on disciplinary management and about 30–40 % on the daily business.

Your tasks

You conduct a team of 15–20 employees in a disciplined manner and give orientation in a developing analytics environment. You conduct regular employee talks, give constructive feedback and accompany the individual development of your employees. You identify development and qualification requirements and take appropriate measures – both professionally and personally. You moderate voting, solve resource conflicts and create clarity about responsibilities. Together with the professional leadership, you agree realistic priorities. You strengthen cooperation in the Chapter and create space for knowledge transfer, ownership and continuous improvement. You can critically question the work of your team in the context of the Requirement Engineering for EBIL pro and Atlas Medicus and arrange content.

That's what you bring

3-5 years of experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees An economic background or relevant professional experience in the banking sector, in the financial sector or in a comparable data- and payment-oriented environment. A good understanding of analytics, data, reporting and customer communication. Sovereignty in the moderation of different interests as well as a good sense of sustainable solutions with limited capacities. A structured, transparent prioritization understanding and joy in shaping clear responsibilities and efficient voting.
