If you want to take responsibility for a team and explain to young people the financial world so that it is really understood and together with them lay the foundation for their future, then you fit perfectly into our YoungFinance team. You are well connected, understand your generation's language and enjoy working flexibly, creatively and communicatively.

As part of the staff management, your tasks are in the personnel needs planning and disposition of personnel deployments as well as the management of regular employee and feedback talks. You can determine the training and training needs and accompany the sustainable implementation in practice.

In addition to leadership, you are also a personal contact for young customers. You support our customer advisors for young customers to identify the individual needs and to conduct targeted and end-oriented sales talks using cooperative advice – honest, straightforward and always at eye level.

And because banking with us is no longer just in the branch, you are also on social media at the start. Together with corporate communication, you develop posts, reels and videos – and also stand in front of the camera. Authentic, real and always so that it fits you. YoungFinance means: try out new things, think banking young and be part of a team that really moves.

You have successfully completed your training as a banking businessman (m/w/d) and have several years of professional experience in private customer consulting. You have at least the Advisor Pass II (Serviceberatung) or a higher additional qualification and have knowledge and experience in the field of social media.
