Development: You continuously develop and improve our processes and the system (SAP HCM) in terms of our digitalization strategy and engages SAP in the Daily Business. Change Management: You accompany the changes in the teams and make sure that all participants are picked up in their roles and prepared for new processes and functions. Strategy: Check and evaluate the needs for changes with regard to the People Strategy and implement them together with the global and local teams. Documentation and reporting: You continuously develop the reporting base to ensure data quality and efficiency for end users. Innovation: You are actively introducing yourself to solve challenges and ensure a positive experience with end users.

Complete studies in the field of information and/or Economics or a similar degree course, ideally well-founded experiences in the HR environment Methodology competence and a good understanding of HR systems and processes as well as strong moderation and communication skills, ideally experiences in change management Hands-on mentality, solution orientation and conceptual and analytical strength Careful operation, high level of motivation and self-responsibility German and English very well in word and writing as well as the ability to work together with multicultural teams in an international context
