Your area of responsibility: Systematic project processing and regular project reporting Proactive control of all planning and construction activities Control of structural and plant engineering revitalization measures and major reconstruction measures assignment, control and management of external project offices (e.g. reviewers, architectural and engineering offices) Contract negotiations with service providers and construction companies Contact and negotiation with authorities as contractors Management and implementation of tenders and contract negotiations for construction services – content and technical Development and creation of construction contracts Guided tours of works and technical project documentation Project controlling: Control of dates, quality and costs Participation in construction meetings and accompaniment of local acceptances Participation in liquidity planning Leading works and technical project documentation Support and enforcement of construction law procurement in cooperation with external architects

Complete studies in civil engineering, architecture or TGA engineering with experience in technical real estate management Embossed knowledge in the fields of construction law, VOB, AHO, HOAI etc. Multiannual experience in the development of projects, rent-carrying structures and redevelopment and refurbishment measures Experience in the field of energy recovery and ESG – effective measures to improve the sustainability of the building Multiannual experience in controlling construction service providers, architects and specialist planners High readiness
