Event Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you are the host (m/w/d) view of Transgourmet – our charming connection to customers from gastronomy. You shape, organize and accompany exciting event projects and actively engage with important partners. With a lot of creativity and fingertips, you develop incentives, events and experiences that inspire and sustainably connect our customers. On these occasions you will be there with heart blood on site – close to people, in the middle of happening and always with a smile. Your tasks at a glance: Planning, organisation and implementation of national and international events as well as trade fair appearances for customers, suppliers, charity projects and network partners Development of creative event concepts taking into account customer goals, budgets and target groups Ensuring a smooth run on site including up and down, personnel control and quality control Analysis and evaluation of event results as well as preparation of reporting and feedback evaluations Management of Uber-Loge & Business Seats in the field of football and independent takeover of ticketing

Found experience in project and event management Impressed communication strength in handling customers, partners and internal teams Secure budget and cost management Flexible and resilient, even in dynamic situations Safe to negotiate in contact with service providers, sponsors and partners High detail accuracy and structured operation Team-oriented thinking and cross-disciplinary cooperation Very good MS Office and digital platform skills Binding, discreet and responsible in appearance Embossed service orientation and joy at customer contact Organizational talent with a view to the whole and sense of priorities
