Responsibility for development results in customer and internal projects in the field of complex energy systems Planning and implementation of technical and commercial work packages within specified cost and time frames Coordination and leadership of developer teams including appointment and quality monitoring Cooperation with various areas such as purchasing, manufacturing and legal Control of external development service providers and technical solutions Regular reporting and presentation of project status to CEO, CFO and customers in cooperation with the overall project manager Technical contact for customers during the project and participation in contract and post-contract negotiations regarding technical content Risk management and stakeholder management according to IPMA standard

Successfully completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering Multiannual experience in managing complex projects in comparable applications or markets Knowledge and certification in IPMA/GPM project standards Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to work on complex topics Safe for negotiation in German and English, very good IT skills (SAP, MS-Office, MS-Project, JIRA) Readiness to travel within the EU and NATO member states (<25 %)
