Support for project management in the award of construction services – Accompanying the entire online procurement process / Takeover of the function of the awarding authority (preparation and publication of notices, upload of documents, coordination of the response to tender questions, sending notifications to tenderers, download of documents) Coordination, organisation and responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of project meetings Support for project controlling by examining invoices and accounts of exporting companies Input of data into the company's own cost control software Support in connection with project accounting – entering data and tracking of the workflow in the client’s accounting software (e.g. SAP) Support of the team in all organizational and administrative tasks: e.g. assistance of reception, coordination of the inbox and exit, welcome and hosting of guests etc. logging of team meetings
