Networks is working daily to provide more than 86,000 employees with a secure and high-performance IT network. In over 50 countries, we operate at about 2000 sites and monitor over 10,000 network components centrally. The portfolio extends from small desktop switches and Branch Office firewalls to accesspoints to Datacenter network infrastructures, core switches, SDWAN environments and cloud connections. In order to further expand the availability of our network and meet the requirements of modern network infrastructures, we are looking for motivated employees, who support our network team actively and with passion. You want to start with us, then you expect the following tasks: Planning, implementation, maintenance and Troubleshooting our network infrastructure, in particular the switches and WLAN components Support in the internal NoC team Competent consultation of our customers:inside and cooperating with our worldwide specialist departments and IT colleagues:inside Processing of enquiries and fault messages as well as their documentation in the ticket system (incident, problem - and change management)

IT-Fachinformatiker:in/- Systemintegration (m/w/d) and/or technical studies Multiannual professional experience in the administration of a complex network infrastructure Very good understanding of network protocols and network infrastructures in the area, switching, routing and WLAN Experience in handling monitoring and ticket systems Good English and very good German knowledge in word and writing
