At Konica Minolta you will receive not only an internationally recognized Bachelor degree (B.A.) at the end of your dual study business administration, but also extensive practical experience in finance and controlling. In your operational practice, you learn how financial processes are planned, controlled and evaluated – where economic decisions become reality. During your training, you will gain insights into various business areas and gain valuable know-how in the financial and controlling sector, which will complement your studies ideally. Get to know Finance and Controlling – you actively work in various areas and gather first practice experiences. Actively experience controlling – you support corporate planning, analysis and reporting and bring your ideas into play. Accompanying final processes – help with the monthly financial statements and prepare annual financial statements (IFRS and HGB). Intensify finance processes – meet debitor and creditor management as well as asset and main accounting. Take responsibility – you work independently on tasks, actively shape processes and support your team in implementing common goals. Speaking of team: There are currently 16 smart heads at the site – all feel at the location and virtually connected to the team. With all this you enjoy flexibility in place and time. Mobile Working is part of our culture and regular personal meetings are part of it.

You bring a general university maturity or a specialized university qualification – ideally with good grades in mathematics, business, German and English. Numbers are exactly your thing and you want to get to know the world of finance and controlling. Curiosity for business, organization and the modern working world you bring. You work structured and carefully, even if several topics are at the same time. A big plus is that you can penetrate complex relationships quickly. Safe handling of M365 is self-evident for you and you bring openness to technology and AI applications. You speak German and master English so well that you can acquire the most important terms at any time. You can creatively fill your great design space – in the varied tasks of your position you playfully change between self-responsible concentration and the binding quality of a team player. With different characters, you'll be fine. Eye height is your favorite language.

Strong partner: At the FOM College you will receive your Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in 7 semesters – at the Hanover site you will attend lectures two days a week, 50% in the lecture hall and 50% interactive digital.
