completed university studies (Bachelor) in the field of cleaning and hygiene with relevant professional experience or completed training as a master: in the building cleaning craft with proven long-term professional experience in building cleaning Driving licence Class B and health suitability and willingness to operate a service vehicle well-founded expertise in building cleaning Experience in building cleaning management Knowledge of the award and creation of performance descriptions good communication capability independent operation, high operational readiness and enforcement capacity Language level German comparable to level C1 of the European reference framework (GER) intercultural competence
