Design the future of the FINNOFLEET group with us! As Senior Controller (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), you are a strategic Sparring partner for our management, developing group-wide reporting structures and actively accompany our growth with your analyses. You work with modern tools, have a look for the essentials and bring your ideas directly into corporate governance. You participate in the further development of a multi-group reporting system and a monthly reporting of the holding companies and the group group. You support the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in close coordination with accounting and thus secure earnings in the Group and the individual companies. You are analysing and interpreting business transactions and are the key contact person for managing the holding companies. You accompany the forecast, budget and medium-term planning of the holding companies and the group group. You take over the planning and control of the working capital and liquidity. You develop policy templates, recommendations for action and alternative scenarios for management. Together with your team, you work on the further development of controlling tools and reporting processes as well as their roll-out in the group. You accompany the integration of new partnerships. In addition, other exciting projects await you, such as the support of the implementation of a new ERP system

You have a degree in economics – ideally with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance or finance & analytics – and bring multi-year experience in equity controlling or corporate controlling. You have a well-founded knowledge of automation and can already work with financial and analytical tools You have very good knowledge of how to deal with current MS Office applications and BI systems (e.g. LucaNet) and have knowledge of MS Business Central or comparable ERP systems You bring an affinity for processes and have fun in digital solution-finding You have a result-oriented and structured way of working Your own initiative and your team spirit complete your profile Secure communication in word and writing (German, English)
