We recognize trends, create new impulses and advance savings banks with innovative payment solutions – and we have a direct influence on over 45 million end customers. We develop and market payment solutions for both PoS and e- and M-commerce. Among other things, this includes contactless payment with cards and the smartphone (App “Mobile Payment” for Android as well as Apple Pay with the Sparkasse) and much more.

The nine-member Team Recht & Regulatorik is looking for your support at the Stuttgart location as a business lawyer (m/w/d) Payment.

Careful: In further development projects of our payment solutions, you take over the subproject management or work on it, supported in contract negotiations and are the interface between legal department, purchasing, information security/data protection and professional product management Making payment solutions possible: You support the legal and contractual implementation of product ideas with all stakeholders in the product development process and the contractual arrangements with institutes and partners Responsibility: In the team, you coordinate legal requirements throughout the product lifecycle and legal issues and keep an overview of the contracts. In addition, you are ready to take over lead functions and run a team professionally Advising the target group: You translate legal requirements for innovative payment solutions so that product benefits and user-friendliness are at the forefront

Successfully completed studies in economic law or comparable business or procurement-oriented studies with a legal focus Multiannual professional experience focusing on business law, IT contract law or comparable, for example, in the context of contract management, key account management or purchasing Knowledge of relevant legal areas and guidelines in the banking environment (e.g. BGB, KWG, MaRisk, PSD-2, EBA RTS) or willingness to work quickly here Multiannual experience in managing subprojects and ideally by product team(s) in the context of product and/or project management Impressed ability to independently, analytically think, design and enforce facts in the team German language skills, English skills
