Your responsibilities include:

Support for everyday administrative tasks (planning of appointments, internal team correspondence etc.). Organisation and coordination of projects and departmental events (townhalls, workshops, training...). Preparation of presentations and other documents in German and English. Support for communication measures such as SharePoint posts. Responsibility and management of small strategic subprojects with their own scope of action. structuring complex projects and controlling work packages related to various topics. Support in the organisation and implementation of executive meetings as well as location-related activities and events.

You are in the final phase of your bachelor's or master's degree program and ideally bring first practical experiences in the field of personnel. You convince by sovereign communication skills and a professional performance. In addition, you have a quick understanding, a structured way of working and the view for the whole. You can handle MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, very safely. You work independently and proactively while being team-oriented at the same time. You have a high degree of self-responsibility, conscience and reliability.
