You don't just want to manage, you want to design? As IT Manager (m/w/d), you take over the leadership of our IT team and introduce your expertise into an agile, value-adding corporate culture. Together with your interdisciplinary team of infrastructure, process and software experts, you drive innovations and drive for smooth processes.

Navigator: You and your team are responsible for the stable and secure IT operation – from the operating platforms of Axactor Germany to the rapid solution of disruptions. You always have a look at efficiency, budget and economy. Innovator: Further development and optimization are part of your DNA and you are delighted to take responsibility and promote topics. Expert: You are the central contact person for all IT questions of management, specialist departments, service providers, partners and suppliers. You moderate workshops with internal stakeholders and customers on technical topics. In addition, you are closely linked to the international IT management of the Axactor Group and act as a strategic interface within the company. Security professional: As a local IT security officer, you have cyber risks and threats under control and coordinate protective measures with our group IT.

IT-Geek: You bring well-founded IT skills – whether through a study, training or your professional experience. Technical administration, information analysis and the handling of computer hardware and software systems are commonplace for you. Leader with heart and mind: You could already gain experience in managing an IT team and feel when your team needs you. It doesn't always go according to plan, especially in these situations you are empathic, stay calm and find solutions with a clear head. Communicator & Change Manager: You are strategically implementing IT topics, accompanying changes with fingertip feeling and can represent your area in both German and English.
