Controller Production & Accounting (m/f/d)

To strengthen our financial team, we are looking for an experienced controller (m/w/d), which connects controlling and operational accounting, to take responsibility and to contribute as a real team player to the joint further development. SIGHS: Participation in financial accounting, in particular creditor and debitor bookings, as well as monthly accounting activities (e.g. provisions, account adjustments, sales tax pre-registrations, debt management) Participation in the annual accounts according to HGB: inventory management, stock assessment, delimitations, provisions, testing of intercompany transactions Creation and analysis of reports, key figures and deviation analyses Support for Group Reporting, including Data Processing and Coordination with Participation Controllers Support for budgeting, forecasting and cost-effectiveness calculations Cooperation in cost and performance accounting Analysis and control of material-individual, manufacturing-individual and overhead costs Active participation in standardization & optimization of commercial processes Close, partnership cooperation with production, sales, purchasing and other specialist areas Supporting role in communication with auditors, tax advisors and banks

Completed commercial training or an economic study with a focus on controlling/finance At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling and/or accounting, ideally in the production environment Knowledge of cost accounting and operational accounting Good Excel knowledge and experience with ERP and controlling tools Very good German knowledge (min. C1) as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Embossed team player mentality – You like to work with others, actively seek dialogue and share your knowledge Solution-oriented, pragmatic way of working and enjoying actively promoting things
