You support conceptual, coordinating and administrative in the global People Development & Succession Team, e.g. in succession planning, career development, expert career and individual development programs You help yourself in the planning, organization, monitoring and follow-up of workshops and events With the creation and content preparation of attractive presentations and information materials for different target groups, e.g. board presentations with You actively participate in global meetings within the framework of projects and line tasks

You study business management, human resources management, social sciences or a comparable discipline You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You are sure to go with MS Office, especially with PowerPoint and Excel You draw from excellent communication skills as well as high self-employment and self-initiative
