As a product manager financing, you develop the offers and sales approaches with which we support our customers in achieving their goals.

What you are moving with us: You assume the technical responsibility for our customer and performance portfolio in the Credit & Finance product field and develop it strategically and operationally. You analyze customer needs, market and competition developments as well as regulatory changes and derive concrete action needs. You develop solutions, offers and sales approaches for credit and finance, property and housing, as well as investment and financing. You control the further development of the portfolio along our sales targets and bring together customer orientation, economic sustainability and professional requirements. As a central specialist in the product field, you can prepare complex topics in a comprehensible manner and create sound basis for decision-making and recommendations for action for management, sales and specialist areas.

Take this with you: A completed bank training with relevant further qualification, for example to the banker or banker, or a completed economic studies. Multiannual relevant experience in customer credit and financing, product management or sales management with a focus on financing. Funded knowledge in the credit business as well as a good understanding of the requirements of private and corporate customers and the relevant regulatory framework. Analytical and conceptual skills as well as a holistic view of the interaction of products, processes and sales. Entrepreneurial thinking, strong customer orientation and the ability to derive concrete improvements from technical knowledge. Communication strength, a structured and self-sponsored way of working and the joy of developing sustainable solutions together with different disciplines.
