You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the area development injection systems Your responsibility lies in the strategic development and expansion of the department to meet future challenges You efficiently control and coordinate resources and capacities in development projects to ensure smooth implementation The continuous evaluation of new and future-oriented potentials is one of your tasks to drive innovative solutions You actively support strategic decisions of the development management by introducing your expertise and experience
You have a successfully completed engineering degree in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics or automotive engineering or a comparable qualification Your multi-year professional experience in the development of mechatronic components allows you to make informed decisions You control German and English fluent in word and writing High method competence in project management as well as safe handling of CAD systems, ideally knowledge of SolidWorks and injection systems Teamability, target and solution orientation as well as pronounced communication strength
