You'll make a smile: You are responsible for a timely and correct monthly fee billing with LOGA3. Together with the team, you will ensure the quality and up-to-date of all billing-relevant master and movement data. Tariff regulations of the chemical industry are implemented in a routined and reliable manner. Tax, social insurance and labour law issues relating to components of remuneration are handled independently and with a high level of expertise. Reports to social security institutions, public authorities and other institutions and are forwarded in due time. The creation of certificates and proofs for our employees is also part of your responsibility. You support pay tax and social security checks and provide the necessary documents. By creating evaluations, reports and statistics, you provide important decision bases for HR and management. You always have a look at the time economy and check working hours, absences and supplements for plausibility and completeness. As a contact person:in you advise employees, executives and HR colleagues:in all questions about pay billing and time management. With your focus on efficiency and quality, you actively contribute to the further development, digitization and optimization of processes and systems in the payroll and time economy environment.

That's what you bring: Completed commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel/deficit accounting, or a comparable qualification Multiannual, current professional experience in pay billing, preferably in a collective company in the chemical industry Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Practical experience in the time economy (working time accounts, absences, supplements) and their mapping in HR/Payroll systems Safe handling of a pay billing system, ideally Loga3 Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel Good knowledge of German and English (in word and writing) Personal competencies Embossed number affinity, care and reliability High sense of responsibility and discretion in handling sensitive personal data Structured, independent and service-oriented mode of operation High communication and consulting competence in dealing with different contact persons Teamability and readiness for continuous professional training
