Tax clerk with organizational skills (m/f/d)

You make requests for pre-tax compensation and order health certificates. The participation in the creation of annual accounts and tax returns of different legal forms and the support in audits is your responsibility. You monitor and review tax-relevant SAP accounts, e.g. non-deductible operating expenses, donations, membership fees, licenses (indications to trade tax), capital income tax You control tax-relevant deadlines and are responsible for the execution of tax payments. You manage orders from tax advisor services You support the team in providing evidence for various tax processes You take the creation of tax reports on liquidity planning You run the Secretariat and are responsible for the organisation, coordination and monitoring of deadlines and dates. You independently perform administrative tasks from in and external correspondence via telephone requests to data management. You plan and organize team meetings and occasional events You're beating the Intranet appearance You plan and book travel for the tax team and are responsible for the travel cost accounting.

You have completed the training as a tax specialist (m/w/d) or you have several years of professional experience. You're dealing with data processing programs, especially with SAP and MicrosoftOffice. You have very good German and English knowledge in word and writing. You are characterized by communication strength and an independent and reliable way of working. You bring organizational skills, problem-solving skills and analytical thinking skills. You enjoy occasional national and international missions.
