Ensuring product quality throughout the entire production process – from incoming goods to final inspection according to defined test plans Conducting quality checks (goods receipt, intermediate and final checks) for continuous monitoring and improvement of our manufacturing processes documentation and analysis of quality indicators such as reject rates and complaints, for deriving targeted optimization measures Application of modern quality techniques such as 8D reports, FMEA, SPC and root cause analyses for sustainable avoidance of errors Participation in the introduction and maintenance of quality management systems according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or comparable standards Supporting internal and external audits and active support for supplier reviews Training and awareness of production staff in quality topics Communication with customers and suppliers on quality concerns

Successfully completed technical training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic or process mechanic Training in quality management (e.g. quality specialist, quality management officer) Multiannual professional experience within an industrial environment Safe handling of measuring devices and testing methods Experience in handling CAQ systems as well as sound knowledge in MS Office Excellent analytical thinking, high care and sense of responsibility Teamability and communication strength, coupled with high quality standards
