To build our service organization in Germany, we are looking for reinforcement in the region Germany South, residential area of Ulm

The service technician in the field service is the central sign, the business card, which represents the Belimed Life Science on site with the customer in all technical matters. This begins with the acquisition of the new installation on site with the customer, the monitoring of the plants during the entire service cycle and also with modernizations and upgrades to extend the life cycle of the Life Science plants. In this role, starting from your place of residence, you will independently process the following tasks in Germany: Self-service maintenance, repairs, commissioning, remodeling and customer training at Belimed Life Science plants Support of existing customers including service operations as well as analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting Expansion of service and spare parts business in the assigned care area Technical and technological advice of customers on site Ensuring smooth operation and high customer satisfaction Feedback from local market observations, business opportunities and competitive situations Complete documentation of operations using service reports Consistent compliance with applicable customer safety regulations

Complete technical training, preferably in the fields of electrical engineering or mechatronics, ideally with further training to the technician or master Multiannual professional experience in service, assembly, commissioning and qualification in plant engineering Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical construction of systems Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical diagrams Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of SPS Structured, exact and independent operation with pronounced organisational skills Customer-oriented, competent and representative appearance High loadability and pronounced problem solving capability Team-ready, strong and service-oriented personality with very good communication skills Stylish German in Word and Writing, other foreign languages of advantage High readiness (approx. 80–100 %) with occasional nights Driver ID Category B
