Cutting machine operator - Setup / ESCO / Turning technology (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent installation and start-up of our ESCO rotary automatic machines for the production of precision rotary parts. You monitor the ongoing mass production, identify proactive optimization potentials and thus continuously increase the efficiency of the processes. With the help of modern measuring systems, you ensure compliance with the highest quality standards, accurate dimensional accuracy and predetermined clock times. You tune the material run and the machine parameters and work closely with the tool management. In the event of disturbances, you take over the rapid analysis and ensure a smooth production process by means of an independent troubleshoot.

You have a completed training in the metal sector, e.g. as a machining mechanic (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification. You are ideally already bringing experience in setting up and operating ring automatic machines (e.g. ESCO). Thanks to your technical understanding and experience in precision manufacturing Its highest quality is safe and is used in the handling of measuring instruments. Your work is independent and structured and you will be happy to take responsibility for your machines and processes. You communicate safely in German (C1 level) to vote smoothly in the team.
