Head of Finance

Total responsibility for the financial sector of the institution (financial and accounting, controlling, liquidity planning) Creation and control of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Responsibility for economic planning and budgeting and forecasts Development and optimization of financial processes and internal control systems Creation of meaningful reporting and analysis for management and support Cash flow control and liquidity Contact person for auditors, tax advisors and external institutions Leadership and further development of the financial team Support for management in strategic and business issues Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and relevant health policy guidelines

Completed studies in the field of BWL/Financial or comparable qualifications (e.g. balance sheet holder*in) Multiannual experience in financial and accounting, ideally with leadership responsibility Good knowledge of HGB and controlling Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Excel Structured, analytical and independent working methods Management competence and communication strength
