Technical and disciplinary management of the IT support team, promotion of individual strengths and support of development processes Planning and coordination of operations, support in escalation management and ensuring a smooth daily business Analysis of KPIs such as SLA performance and ticket volume to derive targeted improvement measures Further development and optimization of processes in incident, problem and change management

Active participation of ITSM tools, support workflows and digitalization of internal processes

Completed training or comparable qualification in IT with relevant professional experience Experience in managing IT teams, motivating, development-oriented and structured working Safe handling of network technologies and monitoring and ticket systems (e.g. Nagios, OTRS, Jira Practical experience in change and incident management as well as in the further development of central service processes Clear, empathic communication German and English skills Sovereign appearance in the team and towards stakeholders
