Your Tasks – Feel the Success with us As a full lawyer / as a full lawyer, you are legally active at the Düsseldorf location in the legal department in the labour law and serve the association and the Rheinische Sparkassen as a direct contact person. You are on the move in all tariff matters. In addition, you will advise on all aspects of individual labour law, such as the design of work contracts. In collective labour law, you advise on the basis of the LPVG NRW. Social security law in personnel work, personal economic issues and management contracts including the qualification as manager or manager Head of business according to § 25 c KWG are an additional task field for you. The production of fonts completes your activities. Your profile – expertly competent, personally committed You can demonstrate the legal state sexamina with satisfactory or better, and you also have a multiannual professional experience. You have profound knowledge of individual and collective labour law. Ideally, you know yourself well in the Institute compensation regulation. You are used to independently advise and are able to work into new issues and to advise and represent our member savings banks in practice.
