For the management of our region with 10 locations in the Rheinisch-Bergischen-Kreis, in Remscheid and Leverkusen, we are looking for a dedicated personality that strategically develops and shapes our offers of integration aid in a sustainable manner. As a central contact point, you control the region and ensure a uniform professional and organizational orientation of all 10 locations - your main work site is the office of the business unit in Mettmann. Strategic and economic control Continuous control and further development of existing offers Overall economic responsibility for the region Ensuring sustainable and efficient use of resources Professional and personal leadership Professional orientation and further development of your teams Staff responsibility for around 130 employees Strategic personnel planning and development Promote an appreciation, clear and motivating leadership culture Quality and customer orientation Focusing on the needs and requirements of customers Ensuring and further developing quality standards Implementation and sustainable anchoring of the requirements of the Federal Dispute Act (BTHG) Network work and representation Close cooperation with the management & the regional management of the business unit Interregional networking within the corporate structures Cooperation with other service providers Representation of the region as a management board – in particular in specialised bodies as well as to supervisory authorities and cost-beneficiaries

completed studies of social affairs, e.g. social work, social education, medical education or comparable training in a social profession Experience in the management of employees of at least 2 years of business knowledge & a pronounced organisational skill

Enforcement and ability to work independently Driving licence class B and the willingness to regularly approach the various places of the region (Bergisch- Gladbach, Wermelskirchen, Leichlingen, Remscheid, Leverkusen) Embossed communication and network competence
