Your tasks & responsibilities You take full responsibility and actively shape: Total responsibility for the educational, technical and organizational management of the site Full personnel responsibility, personnel planning and personnel selection within the framework of the personnel budget in coordination with the management Implementation of employee talks and promotion of personnel development Trustful contact person for the team in professional and personal concerns, especially in challenging situations Optimizing internal processes and ensuring compliance with our quality standards Budget tuning and reporting to the management Support for negotiations on performance agreements Construction and maintenance of cooperation with schools, kitas, authorities, cost-beneficiaries and other partners Representation of the site in the regional network and in the public

We are looking for someone who not only leads, but enthusiastic and connects: Completed training or studies, ideally with (social) educational focus Finded professional experience in the social or educational field – in the context of school or youth assistance Embossed experience in team leadership and ability to conflict and reflection Acquisition strength in our core business associated with the joy of growth to allow even more children to participate in regular offers Structured, sound working with very good problem solving skills and economic understanding Communicative strength at all levels, pronounced network competence and organizational talent empathy, nearness and willingness to give and promote responsibility readiness to travel in conjunction with a class B driving licence
