Sales Management Trainee (m/w/d)

With individual coaching you develop your sales personality and are prepared for your role as Associate Account Manager:in in Hamburg.

Hamburg Your areas of responsibility in the Trainee program You identify self-responsible decision-makers: both with potential customers and introduce our service portfolio in telephone and personal conversations You are the first contact person:in your customers for current and future engineering projects and build long-term customer relationships You acquire and engage with your recruiting team:inside our technical staff:inside You process inquiries, create individual offers and conduct professional price and contract negotiations Your advantages with us You will learn from experienced sales team: from a 14-day sales camp as well as other tailor-made development programs, coachings and e-learnings of our FERCHAU Academy After six months, you will become the Associate Account Manager's position:in and can look forward to an unlimited share of success You work on varied projects with renowned customers and enjoy the diversity of everyday work You benefit from attractive additional services such as a privately used company car, the possibility of a company bikes and shopping discounts

What makes you feel communicative, self-confident and convincing and have fun You have a successful degree in technical or economic fields You have very good German skills(mind. C1) and a class B driving licence You have ideally gained first experience in service distribution, but this is not a must
