Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. in our branch North Bavaria in Nuremberg.

Conducting and optimizing personnel control with reporting of the Nordbayern branch Support for operational planning, budgeting and forecasting Monitoring of personnel costs and analyzing and explaining deviations Creating reports (e.g. branch reports, nominal actual comparisons, etc.) including analysis and commenting in case of deviations Processing of personal economic indicators Identify control requirements and monitor data management in SAP Interface between personal controlling and financial controlling

successfully completed studies in the field of business management, preferably with the focus on controlling or human resources or acquired by professional experience, equivalence Multiannual Professional Experience in Controlling/Personal Controlling safe handling of MS Office programs especially in Excel very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least level C1 by GeR/CEFR) That would be desirable: SAP knowledge Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Embossed social and communicative competence Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement
