As a department of financial and operational processes, we support the operational areas of our companies and holdings in numerous locations with around 2,000 employees. As a reinforcement of our team at the Munich site, we are looking for a project manager financial transformation (m/w/d) at the next possible time.

Management and implementation of financial transformations and process optimizations Introduction, implementation and monitoring of new digital financial tools (e.g. SAP, financial planning software, data analysis tools) Support of change management measures (including integration of new financial systems and processes) Take over the project leadership role in the integration of companies or the establishment of joint ventures in Germany and/or Europe Perception of the PMO role to coordinate and control measures to increase efficiency Development of tailor-made workflows/processes for the construction industry in close cooperation with the operating teams

Complete studies in economics, finance or accounting (ideally with an MBA or relevant certification such as CPA, ACCA or CFA) At least 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector, in particular in financial transformation and process optimization Experience in implementing modern financial technologies Knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP) and automation tools Know-how in Lean Six Sigma or comparable process improvement methods Intermediate experience, preferred in the construction industry Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
