Associate Director of Practice Technology and Innovation (Germany) (m/f/d)

Strategic planning and operational implementation of the Technology and Innovation Strategy for all practical groups in close coordination with responsible partners, business services teams and relevant stakeholders, especially in the New York office Identification, introduction and continuous optimization of technological and AI-based solutions and use cases, including support and governance of the AI platform Harvey Analysis, development and digitization of legal work processes and implementation of automation and workflow tools Conception and implementation of structured rollout plans for AI solutions (including milestone planning, pilot phases and scaling), in particular for Harvey workflows and AI agency systems Planning and implementation of technology and transformation projects including training, enablementmeasures and change management Quality assurance of AI-generated results and development of best practices and internal knowledge resources (e.g. prompt libraries, use cases, workflows) in close cooperation with the Legal Teams Continuous market observation in legal technology and artificial intelligence, as well as evaluation of new technologies and tools As well as all similar activities related to the areas listed above

Degree in law, economic law or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of legal technology, innovation, digitization, technology consulting or in a comparable transformation function – preferably in an international business law firm or professional service organization 1 Understanding legal work processes and a strong interest in technological and AI-based solutions in the legal environment Ability to prepare complex technological topics addressably for legal teams and non-technical stakeholders Designed analytical and conceptual skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods Very good communication and presentation skills as well as sovereign appearance in the international environment German and English knowledge in word and writing
