As a managerin / purchaserin Freelancer (w/m/d), you are responsible for the need determination, addressing and onboarding of freelancers, the evaluation of suppliers, the support of external partners and functions as an interface function between specialist areas. Yours? Come to the team!

As a managerin/purchaserin Freelancer, you take care of the need for freelancers through targeted addressing social media and publishing vacancies. You monitor and control the onboarding of the freelancers, including the review of the application documents. Your tasks include the supplier evaluation and feedback discussions. You also enter the external partners and work on different projects. You act as an interface between different disciplines. Monthly reports and the planning of training and information events complete your task.

completed vocational training in the commercial sector or completed university studies Ideal professional experience in purchasing, HR, personnel service Very good German knowledge and good English skills Independent, structured and targeted operation with high level of readiness and high level of service orientation Experience in handling digital onboarding and contract management systems (e.g. Ariba, SAP, Office) Experience in cooperation with international partners and good intercultural communication skills
