Professional and personal care of trainees during your training A 4-week training course is planned to be incorporated in our refurbished training facility in Bebra Support for practical and theoretical tasks and preparation for examinations Regular feedback talks and reviews Planning and organisation of courses, including material procurement and timetables Practical and theoretical knowledge transfer in the areas of transport path construction Evaluation of courses and continuous improvement of content and methods practical training of trainees in all relevant areas of civil engineering (e.g. construction site planning, Construction site organization, material science, occupational safety Support in the application of modern techniques and technologies in civil engineering

Multiannual experience in the civil engineering industry, ideally well-founded knowledge of practical and theoretical aspects Successful completion as a certified polish/master (including trainer certificate) Ability to communicate content in a comprehensible and practical way Experience in the care and guidance of trainees Ability to plan, carry out and follow courses Safe handling of working safety regulations in civil engineering Motivation to accompany and promote young people on their professional path Interest and knowledge in handling modern construction processes and technical devices
