You immerse yourself in the world of our customers: you understand their working reality to translate challenges into (AI-based) innovations. You will recognize future trends early and find the product brand fit for your ideas to take advantage of business opportunities. You bring your interdisciplinary team from AI and UX experts together with your stakeholders to develop customer-centric solutions. The holistic innovation process is in your hands: from ideation to prototyping and MVP to the Go-to-Market strategy – so that ideas come into effect. With passion, you take the idea of innovation outside, accompany change processes and take a key role in our positioning as a future-oriented company.

Experience in innovation management or product development of a B2B software organization is present – coupled with a real interest in the social economy. Chances you recognize instinctively, trends inspire you, and from both you set clear impulses for new ways. A solid understanding of AI technologies brings you with you – but above all the urge to transform ideas into effect. You are safe to use methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs-to-be-Done or Agile Product Discovery. You are strong in communication, structured, empathic and powerful and bring creative openness and joy in learning through experimentation.
