In your new position you are significantly involved in the entire production process of ceramic components – from raw material to the release of the finished batches. Your day begins with careful compilation and mixing of raw materials, followed by precise measurements and complete documentation of process data. You control the drying process of the heat shield blanks and actively contribute to ensuring product quality. Your commitment and expertise are crucial for the smooth running of production. How you can do something Composition, weighing and mixing of raw materials performing precise measurements on pH, temperature and viscosity of the mass Complete documentation of the process data, its evaluation and preparation for the release of the respective production batches Production and demolding of heat shield blanks and control of the drying process adjustment and monitoring of production facilities including casting equipment, freezer and dryer Operation of modern CNC cutting and grinding machines

Completed training in a relevant technical profession or comparable qualification Experience in the production of ceramic components or in the handling of production plants knowledge of measurement and control technology, in particular with regard to pH, temperature and viscosity Ability to carry out quality tests and to apply visual, acoustic and geometrical measurement methods Teamability, flexibility and an independent operation as well as willingness to take over material transport, plant care and cleaning of the molds Very good German knowledge
